Full Moon Resort Uniform Policy & Acknowledgement

As a member of the Full Moon Resort Staff, I understand that there are uniform requirements for my position. Further, I understand that Full Moon Resort is issuing me a uniform and it is my responsibility to launder and wear the uniform for my shifts at the resort.

I also agree that upon my resignation or termination of employment at Full Moon Resort, I will launder the uniform and return it to Full Moon Resort within one week of my last day of work.

I acknowledge that the uniform is the property of Full Moon Resort and on loan to me for the duration of my employment.

I also understand that I am not liable for loss of the uniform or damage to the uniform.
