The Deal

Collaboration and Communication

1. Collaborate with Promoter, Festival Director and other VIP Management regarding all aspects of the VIP program and assure clear and concise communication regarding all aspects of VIP

2. Act as liaison between Super VIP and other “Department Heads”

3. Collaborate directly with Super VIP service providers

4. Facilitate Super VIP sponsorship logistics, deliveries, inventory management, etc.

5. Interface with Security Director and Production Manager regarding Super VIP access to restricted areas

6. Interface with Operations regarding all VIP equipment and “Needs” lists/allocations

7. Interface with ticketing regarding all VIP Staff Credentials and associated logistics

Pre/Post Production

1. Pre-Production:

a. Meetings: Advance meetings regarding all aspects of VIP

b. VIP Equipment, design and Logistics: Promoter and/or Representative will consult/inform VIP Director regarding:

i. Equipment: Tents, decks, layout, design, etc, furnishings, lighting, etc

ii. Design:

iii. Logistics: Interface with Production Team/Operations regarding fencing

c. Décor, amenities and ambiance

i. Facilitate and collaborate with VIP vendors and Ambiance Director

ii. Manage and supervise set up and strike of Super VIP areas

d. Set Up: On site supervision as needed

2. Post-Production:

a. Initial Strike: Closing night, FMVIP staff will strike

b. Break Down: Following Day, Oversee complete strike of VIP equipment/supplies

c. Departure: Depart premises after completion of VIP Break Down

1. Design of unique and interesting VIP atmospheres

2. Employee and Customer accessibility and security and other logistical matters

Operations:

1. Staffing

2. Catering: Direct VIP Catering operation to assure the highest standard of quality/presentation

3. Customer Service: Assure the highest standards at all times

a. Hire, Schedule and coordinate all FMVIP staff

b. Manage Credential allocation and distribution
